Given the sensitive nature of our work, confidentiality is the foundation of every engagement.

This comes through the contact form (name, company, phone number, location, project type, message, and NDA preference), the consultation booking form, and the newsletter sign-up (company and email address). We also collect basic technical data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the advertisement that brought you here, through the services described under Cookies & Tracking.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and, where an engagement proceeds, deliver our services. If you subscribe to our briefings, we use your email address to send them, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. We use technical data to secure the site, prevent spam, understand site usage and measure our advertising. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
We treat every inquiry with the same discretion that governs our client engagements. Only personnel directly involved in your request can access it, and we store data with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
